Scratch BAKING 101

Take the mystery out of baking and learn the techniques to produce moist delicious cakes during this hands-on class. All ingredients and supplies will be provided. During this 3 hour class, our Chef will guide you with recipe scaling, measuring, mixing, and proper baking techniques. This baking class will encompass learning recipe manipulation, torting & filling, frosting, fondant modeling and chocolate modeling.

You'll leave an amazinly decorated cake that you made, the recipe & the knowledge to make it home- again & again!
