Scratch BAKING 101

Take the mystery out of baking and learn the techniques to produce moist delicious cakes during this hands-on class. All ingredients and supplies will be provided. During this 2 hour class, our Chef will guide you with recipe scaling, measuring, mixing, and proper baking techniques. This baking class will encompass learning recipe manipulation which will demonstrate making two cakes using 1 recipe - Pineapple Upside Down & Pumpkin White Chocolate Bomb!

You'll leave with two amazing cakes that you made, the recipe & the knowledge to make it home- again & again!
